Ingredients

For the Graham Cracker Crust

  • 1.5 cups Graham cracker crumbs About 12 crackers
  • 0.25 cup Granulated sugar
  • 6 tablespoon Butter melted

For the Cheesecake Filling

  • 32 oz Cream cheese 4 packages, room temp
  • 1 cup Granulated sugar
  • 4 Large eggs Room temp
  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • 2 tablespoon Pure vanilla extract Use real extract
  • 0.25 cup All-purpose flour
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 325°F and prepare crust.
  • Mix crust ingredients and bake.
  • Beat cream cheese until smooth.
  • Add sugar, eggs, and rest of ingredients.
  • Pour into crust and prepare water bath.
  • Bake until just set; let cool in oven.
  • Chill in fridge 4+ hours or overnight.
