Ingredients

For the Strawberry Syrup

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries Hulled and sliced for the best flavor
  • 1 cup granulated sugar Adjust sweetness to taste
  • 1 cup water Helps dissolve sugar and extract flavor
  • ¼ cup fresh mint leaves Add after cooking for aroma

For the Lemonade Base

  • 1 cup fresh lemon juice About 6–8 lemons, freshly squeezed
  • 6 cups cold water Filtered for clean taste
  • 0.5 cup honey or simple syrup Adjust for desired sweetness

For Garnish

  • 0.5 cup fresh mint leaves Plus extra sprigs for serving

Instructions

  • Combine strawberries, sugar, and water in a saucepan. Simmer 8–10 minutes until thickened.
  • Add mint leaves, steep 10 minutes, then strain and cool.
  • Juice lemons and strain. Mix lemon juice with cold water in a pitcher.
  • Stir in cooled strawberry mint syrup. Taste and adjust sweetness.
  • Add fresh mint leaves and chill in refrigerator.
  • Fill glasses with ice, pour lemonade, and garnish with mint, lemon, and strawberry.
