Ingredients

Crust and Crumble

  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Old-fashioned oats
  • ¾ cup Brown sugar Packed
  • ½ cup Cold butter Cubed
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Vanilla extract

Strawberry Filling

  • 4 cups Fresh strawberries Hulled and sliced
  • cup Granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice Freshly squeezed
  • ¼ teaspoon Ground cinnamon

Instructions

  • Preheat oven and prepare the pan.
  • Mix crust ingredients and press into pan.
  • Mix strawberry filling and let sit.
  • Layer filling and crumble.
  • Bake until golden and bubbly.
  • Cool completely before slicing.
