Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Frozen French fries Or use homemade potato wedges
  • 2 cups Sharp cheddar cheese Shredded
  • 1 cup Pepper jack cheese Shredded
  • 0.5 cup Nacho cheese sauce Warmed with a touch of brown butter
  • 2 tablespoon Chili powder For the spicy seasoning blend
  • 1 tablespoon Paprika For the spicy seasoning blend
  • 1 teaspoon Cayenne pepper For heat
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder For depth of flavor
  • 0.5 teaspoon Crushed red pepper Optional, for added kick
  • 3 Green onions Chopped, for garnish
  • 2 Jalapeños Sliced, for garnish
  • 0.25 cup Sour cream For dolloping
  • Hot sauce Sriracha or buffalo style
  • Fresh cilantro Chopped, optional garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425°F.
  • Bake fries on sheet until golden.
  • Mix chili powder, paprika, cayenne, and garlic powder in a bowl.
  • Season fries hot out of the oven with the spice blend.
  • Add cheddar, pepper jack, and nacho cheese over fries.
  • Melt cheese in the oven for 3–5 minutes.
  • Add jalapeños, green onions, and sour cream on top.
  • Drizzle hot sauce and sprinkle with cilantro to finish.
