Ingredients

Graham Cracker Crust

  • cups graham cracker crumbs finely crushed
  • cup butter melted
  • 3 tablespoon granulated sugar

Filling

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • ½ cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Candy & Caramel Layer

  • 6 bars Snickers bars chopped
  • ½ cup caramel sauce divided
  • ¼ cup salted peanuts chopped

Ganache

  • ½ cup heavy cream heated
  • 4 oz semi‑sweet chocolate chopped
  • 2 tablespoon butter softened

Instructions

  • Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press firmly into a 9‑inch pie pan to form the crust. Chill.
  • In a mixing bowl or using an electric mixer, whip cream cheese, powdered sugar, peanut butter, heavy whipping cream, and vanilla extract until fluffy and smooth.
  • Spread half of the filling over the chilled crust.
  • Sprinkle chopped Snickers bars evenly over the filling layer; drizzle about half of the caramel sauce and sprinkle chopped peanuts.
  • Top with remaining filling, then drizzle with the rest of the caramel sauce.
  • Make ganache: pour heated heavy cream over chopped chocolate and softened butter. Stir until smooth. Pour ganache over pie and garnish as desired. Chill for at least 4 hours (or overnight) before serving.
