Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press firmly into a 9‑inch pie pan to form the crust. Chill.
In a mixing bowl or using an electric mixer, whip cream cheese, powdered sugar, peanut butter, heavy whipping cream, and vanilla extract until fluffy and smooth.
Spread half of the filling over the chilled crust.
Sprinkle chopped Snickers bars evenly over the filling layer; drizzle about half of the caramel sauce and sprinkle chopped peanuts.
Top with remaining filling, then drizzle with the rest of the caramel sauce.
Make ganache: pour heated heavy cream over chopped chocolate and softened butter. Stir until smooth. Pour ganache over pie and garnish as desired. Chill for at least 4 hours (or overnight) before serving.
