  • 1 Small whisk or fork To blend cocoa smoothly
  • 1 Rolling pin or meat mallet For crushing graham crackers
  • 1 Measuring cups & spoons set For accuracy

Ingredients

  • ½ cup Rolled oats Old-fashioned, not quick oats
  • ½ cup Milk of choice Dairy, almond, or oat milk
  • ¼ cup Greek yogurt Adds protein + creaminess
  • 1 tablespoon Cocoa powder Unsweetened
  • 1 tablespoon Maple syrup Natural sweetener
  • ¼ teaspoon Vanilla extract Flavor enhancer
  • 2 tablespoon Mini marshmallows Divided for layering
  • 2 sheets Graham crackers Crushed (~¼ cup crumbs)
  • 1 tablespoon Chocolate chips/chunks Any type
  • 1 pinch Sea salt Boosts chocolate flavor
  • 1 tablespoon Chia seeds Optional, extra thickness & fiber
  • 1 scoop Protein powder Optional, vanilla or chocolate
  • ¼ cup Mashed banana Optional, extra sweetness & creaminess

Instructions

  • Mix cocoa, maple syrup & vanilla.
  • Add Greek yogurt, blend smooth.
  • Stir in milk gradually.
  • Add oats & combine well.
  • Layer graham crumbs, marshmallows, chocolate.
  • Seal & refrigerate 4+ hours.
  • Stir gently & top with fresh marshmallows.
  • Drizzle extra maple if desired.
