  • 1 Sharp knife For slicing clean squares

Ingredients

Cookie Base

  • 1 cup butter softened
  • ¾ cup brown sugar packed
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 ½ cups chocolate chips semi-sweet or milk chocolate

Topping

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs or 12 crackers, crushed
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows or regular, chopped
  • ½ cup Hershey’s chocolate chips or chunks

Instructions

  • Preheat oven and prep the pan
  • Cream butter and sugars
  • Add eggs and vanilla
  • Mix in dry ingredients
  • Fold in chocolate chips
  • Press ⅔ dough in pan
  • Add graham crumbs and toppings
  • Bake at 350°F for 22–25 minutes
  • Cool in pan completely
  • Slice into bars and serve
