Ingredients

  • 6 oz Cream cheese Softened, room temp
  • 2 cups Spinach or arugula Fresh greens
  • 1 Cucumber Thinly sliced
  • 3 tablespoon Fresh dill Chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Capers Drained
  • 0.25 Red onion Thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon juice Freshly squeezed
  • 1 Avocado Ripe and sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Greek yogurt Optional – for lighter cream cheese mix
  • Cherry tomatoes Optional – halved
  • Everything bagel seasoning Optional
  • Fresh chives Optional – garnish

Instructions

  • Mix cream cheese, lemon juice, and dill.
  • Spread mixture on tortillas.
  • Layer spinach over cream cheese.
  • Add salmon, cucumber, onion, and capers.
  • Place avocado on one edge.
  • Roll tightly from avocado side.
  • Wrap in plastic and chill for 30 minutes.
  • Slice into pinwheels or serve whole.
