Pizza Base and Toppings

  • 1 pound Large shrimp Peeled and deveined
  • 4 tablespoons Butter For garlic butter sauce
  • 6 cloves Garlic Minced fresh
  • 0.5 cup Heavy cream For silky sauce
  • 0.25 cup White wine Optional, for depth
  • 2 cups Mozzarella cheese Freshly shredded
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese Grated
  • 1 whole Lemon Juice only
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley Chopped
  • 1 pound Pizza dough Homemade or store-bought
  • Salt and black pepper To taste
  • Red pepper flakes Optional, for heat
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil For drizzling

Instructions

  • Pat shrimp dry and season with salt and pepper.
  • Heat oven to 425°F and let pizza dough rest.
  • Melt butter in a skillet and sauté garlic for 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Add shrimp and cook for 2 minutes per side, then set aside.
  • Deglaze pan with white wine, add cream, lemon juice, and parsley to make sauce.
  • Stretch dough on a baking sheet, spread sauce evenly over the surface.
  • Add shrimp, mozzarella, and parmesan; drizzle with olive oil.
  • Bake 12–15 minutes until crust is golden and cheese melted.
  • Sprinkle with parsley, slice, and serve hot.
