  • 2 tablespoon pure maple syrup or honey to taste

Pumpkin Spice Blend

  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • teaspoon ground cloves
  • teaspoon ground ginger
  • sea salt pinch

Optional Toppings

  • Chopped pecans or walnuts
  • Pumpkin seeds (pepitas)
  • Additional cinnamon

Instructions

  • Combine pumpkin puree, Greek yogurt, almond milk, and maple syrup in a jar. Whisk until smooth.
  • Stir in oats, chia seeds, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, ginger, and salt until fully coated.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
