Ingredients

  • 1 sheet Frozen puff pastry Thawed
  • 3 tablespoon Butter Melted
  • ¼ cup Granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • 1 large Egg For egg wash
  • 1 tablespoon Water For egg wash
  • 1 cup Powdered sugar Optional glaze
  • 2-3 tablespoon Milk Optional glaze
  • ½ teaspoon Vanilla extract Optional glaze

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line baking sheet with parchment.
  • Mix cinnamon and sugar in a small bowl.
  • Beat egg with water for egg wash.
  • Roll thawed puff pastry into rectangle (12x10 in).
  • Brush with melted butter, sprinkle cinnamon sugar.
  • Fold pastry lengthwise, cut into 1-inch strips.
  • Twist each strip 3–4 times, place on sheet.
  • Brush with egg wash.
  • Bake 12–15 minutes until golden brown.
  • Cool 5 minutes before serving.
