Preheat oven to 350°F and line pan with parchment.
Whisk flour, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
In a separate bowl, mix butter and brown sugar until smooth.
Beat in eggs, then vanilla and almond extract.
Combine wet and dry mixtures without overmixing.
Fold in pistachios and white chocolate chips.
Spread batter in the pan and top with extra pistachios.
Bake 28–32 minutes until golden at the edges.
Cool in pan for at least 2 hours before slicing.
