Mix warm water, yeast, and sugar in a bowl. Let sit until foamy.
Combine flour and salt, add yeast mixture, then olive oil. Knead 8 minutes until smooth.
Cover and let dough rise 30–40 minutes until doubled.
Heat olive oil, sauté garlic 1 min, add crushed tomatoes and seasoning. Simmer 10 mins.
Slice mushrooms and prep toppings while sauce cooks.
Preheat oven to 450°F, shape dough into 12-inch circle.
Spread sauce, add mushrooms, pepperoni, and mozzarella.
Bake 12–15 mins until crust golden and cheese bubbly.
Cool 2 mins, slice, and serve hot.
