Ingredients

  • ½ cup Rolled oats Old-fashioned oats, best texture
  • ½ cup Milk of choice Almond milk adds nutty flavor
  • 2 tablespoon Greek yogurt Adds protein & creaminess
  • 1 tablespoon Chia seeds Optional, extra nutrition
  • 2 tablespoon Pure maple syrup Sweetener
  • ½ teaspoon Vanilla extract Flavor
  • ¼ teaspoon Ground cinnamon Warm spice
  • 1 pinch Salt Enhances flavor
  • ¼ cup Chopped pecans Toasted for best flavor
  • 1 tablespoon Coconut flakes Optional topping
  • Extra maple syrup For drizzling
  • Additional cinnamon For sprinkling

Instructions

  • Mix oats, milk, yogurt, chia, maple, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt.
  • Fold in half the pecans, stir well.
  • Cover and refrigerate 4–12 hours.
  • Stir, top with remaining pecans, coconut, maple syrup, and cinnamon before serving.
