Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1 large ripe peach pitted and sliced
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt plain
  • ¾ cup almond milk or any milk of choice
  • 1 tablespoon honey optional, for extra sweetness
  • ½ cup ice cubes
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds optional
  • 1 scoop protein powder optional, vanilla or unflavored
  • ¼ cup orange juice optional, adds tropical flavor
  • 1 handful spinach optional, for added nutrients

Instructions

  • Slice the peach, measure mango, and gather all ingredients
  • Add almond milk, yogurt, and optional honey to the blender
  • Add fruits, blend until smooth, then add ice and chia and pulse
