Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice optional, prevents browning
  • ¼ teaspoon almond extract optional, enhances flavor

Instructions

  • Bring water to boil, blanch peaches, peel, dice, and macerate with sugar.
  • Whisk cream, milk, sugar, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
  • Combine peaches with base, churn until soft-serve consistency.
