Ingredients

Pastry Base

  • 1 sheet Frozen puff pastry Thawed
  • 1 Egg Beaten
  • 2 tablespoon Milk For egg wash

Cream Cheese Filling

  • 4 oz Cream cheese Softened
  • 2 tablespoon Granulated sugar For filling
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch Thickens filling

Peach Topping

  • 2 large Fresh peaches Sliced (or 1 cup canned, drained)
  • 2 tablespoon Brown sugar For peach topping
  • ½ teaspoon Cinnamon Adds warmth
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice Prevents browning

Glaze

  • 1 cup Powdered sugar For glaze
  • 2-3 tablespoon Milk For glaze consistency
  • ½ teaspoon Almond extract Optional, adds flavor

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F and line baking sheet.
  • Slice peaches, toss with sugar, cinnamon, lemon.
  • Mix cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, cornstarch.
  • Cut pastry into 6 rectangles.
  • Fill with cream cheese, top with peaches.
  • Brush edges with egg wash.
  • Bake 15–18 min until golden.
  • Whisk glaze and drizzle warm pastries.
