Preheat oven to 400°F and line baking sheet.
Slice peaches, toss with sugar, cinnamon, lemon.
Mix cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, cornstarch.
Cut pastry into 6 rectangles.
Fill with cream cheese, top with peaches.
Brush edges with egg wash.
Bake 15–18 min until golden.
Whisk glaze and drizzle warm pastries.
