Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Mix crust ingredients in a bowl.
Press mixture into pan and bake for 10 minutes. Let cool.
Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar and eggs.
Mix in sour cream, vanilla, and passion fruit pulp.
Pour filling into crust.
Reduce oven to 325°F (163°C) and bake 50–60 minutes.
Cool in oven with door slightly open for 1 hour.
Chill in fridge until fully set.
In a saucepan, combine topping ingredients and cook until thick.
Stir in butter and let cool.
Spread topping over chilled cheesecake.
