Ingredients

Cake Base

  • 36 count Oreo cookies about 3 sleeves
  • 3 cups Heavy whipping cream chilled
  • ½ cup Powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 8 oz Cream cheese softened
  • 2 tablespoons Sweetened condensed milk optional, for richness
  • ¼ cup Cocoa powder optional, for chocolate flavor
  • ¼ cup Mini chocolate chips optional, for texture
  • 5 count Oreo cookies crushed, for topping

Instructions

  • Beat softened cream cheese until smooth.
  • Add powdered sugar and vanilla to cream cheese.
  • Whip heavy cream to stiff peaks.
  • Fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  • Line dish with parchment and a single Oreo layer.
  • Spread ⅓ of the cream mixture over cookies.
  • Add second Oreo layer, spread half remaining cream.
  • Finish with final Oreo layer and cream.
  • Garnish with crushed Oreos.
  • Cover with plastic wrap and chill overnight.
