Equipment

  • 1 9x13 inch baking pan Metal preferred for even baking
  • 1 Food processor Or a rolling pin and ziplock bag
  • 1 Mixing bowl (large) For cream cheese mixture
  • 1 Hand or stand mixer For whipping cream
  • 1 Spatula For smooth spreading of layers
  • 1 Microwave-safe bowl For melting chocolate

Ingredients

Base Layer

  • 2 cups crushed Oreos about 24 cookies
  • cup butter melted
  • 2 tablespoon sugar granulated

Cream Cheese Layer

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream whipped to stiff peaks

Chocolate Topping

  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • ½ cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • ½ cup crushed Oreos for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F and line the pan.
  • Crush Oreos and mix with butter and sugar.
  • Press crust into pan and bake for 10 mins.
  • Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla.
  • Fold whipped cream into cheese mixture.
  • Spread cream layer over cooled crust.
  • Melt chocolate chips, condensed milk, butter.
  • Spread chocolate over cream and top with Oreos.
  • Chill for 1 hour until fully set.
