  • 2 Large mixing bowls Preferably glass or stainless steel
  • 1 Rubber spatula For folding gently
  • 1 set Measuring cups & spoons Accuracy matters
  • 4 Serving glasses or ramekins For individual portions
  • 1 Plastic wrap For covering during chilling

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Heavy whipping cream Cold, for whipping
  • ½ cup Nutella Room temperature for easy mixing
  • 2 tablespoon Powdered sugar Helps stabilize whipped cream
  • Chopped hazelnuts Optional garnish
  • Chocolate shavings Optional garnish
  • Fresh berries Optional garnish
  • Mint leaves Optional garnish

Instructions

  • Mix Nutella and powdered sugar in a bowl.
  • Beat cold heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  • Gently fold whipped cream into Nutella mixture in 3 parts.
  • Divide into glasses, cover, chill 30 minutes.
  • Garnish with hazelnuts, chocolate, or berries before serving.
