Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) with a baking sheet or pizza stone inside
Brush naan with olive oil
Spread sauce over naan, leaving small border
Add cheese evenly on each naan
Add desired toppings and sprinkle seasoning
Transfer to hot baking surface
Bake 8–10 minutes until cheese is bubbly and edges are golden
Optional: Broil last minute for golden cheese
Let rest 1–2 minutes, top with basil/red pepper flakes
Slice and serve while hot
