  • 1 Baking sheet or pizza stone Preheated in oven
  • 1 Pastry brush For brushing olive oil
  • 1 Sharp knife For slicing pizza
  • 1 Cheese grater If using block mozzarella

Ingredients

  • 2 pieces Naan bread About 8 inches each,plain
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil For brushing
  • ½ cup Pizza sauce Or marinara sauce
  • 1 ½ cups Mozzarella cheese Shredded
  • 12 slices Pepperoni Optional
  • ¼ cup Red onions Sliced
  • ½ cup Mushrooms Sliced
  • ¼ cup Bell peppers Sliced
  • ¼ cup Fresh basil leaves For topping after baking
  • To taste Italian seasoning Optional
  • To taste Red pepper flakes Optional,for heat

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) with a baking sheet or pizza stone inside
  • Brush naan with olive oil
  • Spread sauce over naan, leaving small border
  • Add cheese evenly on each naan
  • Add desired toppings and sprinkle seasoning
  • Transfer to hot baking surface
  • Bake 8–10 minutes until cheese is bubbly and edges are golden
  • Optional: Broil last minute for golden cheese
  • Let rest 1–2 minutes, top with basil/red pepper flakes
  • Slice and serve while hot
