Instructions

  • Cut mozzarella into cubes and freeze for 30 minutes.
  • Set up 3 bowls: flour, beaten eggs, and seasoned panko mix.
  • Coat each cube in flour, then egg, then panko breadcrumbs.
  • Repeat coating for extra crispiness.
  • Heat oil to 350°F and fry 4–5 bites at a time until golden (about 1 minute).
  • Remove with slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
