Instructions

  • Preheat oven and prep muffin tin.
  • Mix all dry ingredients.
  • Whisk together wet ingredients.
  • Combine wet and dry mixtures.
  • Fold in chocolate chunks.
  • Let batter rest for 10 minutes.
  • Divide into muffin cups.
  • Bake until toothpick comes out mostly clean.
  • Cool in pan then transfer to rack.
