  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced (or ½ teaspoon garlic powder)
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce Adds umami depth
  • 1 teaspoon Salt Essential for flavor
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper Freshly ground preferred
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning Or mix oregano + basil

For the Glaze:

  • ½ cup Ketchup Classic topping
  • 2 tablespoons Brown sugar Balances tanginess
  • 1 tablespoon Apple cider vinegar Adds brightness; any vinegar works

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F and prepare a 12-cup muffin tin with cooking spray or parchment strips.
  • Dice onion & mince garlic, whisk glaze ingredients together, and set aside.
  • Mix all meatloaf ingredients in a large bowl using your hands until just combined (don’t overmix).
  • Fill muffin tin ¾ full with mixture, press gently in center, and top each with a teaspoon of glaze.
  • Bake 20–25 minutes or until internal temp reaches 160°F; drain grease halfway if needed.
  • Rest 5 minutes, run knife around edges, and remove cups. Serve warm with remaining glaze.
