Preheat oven to 350°F, line baking sheets with parchment.
Whisk flour, matcha, baking soda, and salt; sift twice.
Cream butter and sugars until fluffy, add eggs and vanilla.
Add dry mix to wet, stir gently until combined.
Fold in white chocolate chips.
Scoop dough onto sheets, 2 inches apart.
Bake 10–12 minutes until edges set, centers soft.
Cool on sheet 5 mins, then move to rack.
