Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F, line baking sheets with parchment.
  • Whisk flour, matcha, baking soda, and salt; sift twice.

  • Add dry mix to wet, stir gently until combined.
  • Fold in white chocolate chips.
  • Scoop dough onto sheets, 2 inches apart.
