Line pan & prep crust.
Mix crumbs, butter, sugar, and salt.
Press mixture into pan, chill.
Bloom gelatin in water.
Dissolve gelatin.
Beat cream cheese smooth.
Add sugar, lime juice, tequila, zest, vanilla.
Mix in gelatin.
Whip cream to soft peaks.
Fold whipped cream into filling.
Pour filling over crust.
Smooth top, cover, chill 6+ hours.
Garnish & serve.
