Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon Baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Butter, softened Room temperature
  • ¾ cup Granulated sugar
  • ¾ cup Brown sugar, packed
  • 2 large Eggs Room temperature
  • 2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon Coconut extract Optional, for tropical flavor
  • cups Roasted macadamia nuts, chopped Bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup White chocolate chips or chunks High-quality recommended

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F, line baking sheets with parchment.
  • Chop macadamia nuts, prep butter and ingredients.
  • Cream butter and sugars until fluffy.
  • Beat in eggs, vanilla, coconut extract.
  • Combine flour, baking soda, salt; fold into wet mix.
  • Stir in macadamia nuts and white chocolate.
  • Scoop dough into 2 tablespoon portions, place 2 inches apart.
  • Bake 9–11 minutes until edges golden, centers soft.
  • Cool on sheet 5 min, transfer to wire rack.
