Preheat oven to 375°F, line baking sheets with parchment.
Chop macadamia nuts, prep butter and ingredients.
Cream butter and sugars until fluffy.
Beat in eggs, vanilla, coconut extract.
Combine flour, baking soda, salt; fold into wet mix.
Stir in macadamia nuts and white chocolate.
Scoop dough into 2 tablespoon portions, place 2 inches apart.
Bake 9–11 minutes until edges golden, centers soft.
Cool on sheet 5 min, transfer to wire rack.
