Ingredients

  • 1 large lemon Juiced (about 3 tbsp)
  • 1 inch fresh ginger root Peeled
  • 1 medium banana For sweetness and creaminess
  • ½ cucumber Peeled and chopped

  • 1 cup coconut water Or filtered water
  • ½ cup almond milk Unsweetened

Instructions

  • Juice lemon, peel ginger, chop banana and cucumber.

  • Add lemon juice, banana, cucumber, spinach, ice, and mint; blend smooth.
