Ingredients

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C); line baking dish with parchment.
  • Pat cod fillets dry with paper towels.

  • Pour marinade over cod; coat both sides and marinate for 10–15 mins.
  • Bake for 12–15 mins until fish flakes and reaches 145°F internal temp.
