Ingredients

  • ¼ cup Brown sugar Packed; creates a caramel flavor
  • ¼ cup Water For dissolving the sugar
  • 0.5 teaspoon Cinnamon Optional; adds warmth (or use vanilla extract)
  • 2 shots Espresso Freshly brewed and hot (2 oz total)
  • 2 tablespoons Brown sugar syrup Adjust to taste
  • Ice cubes Enough to fill shaker and glass
  • 0.5 cup Oat milk Or almond milk for dairy-free option
  • Cinnamon Optional for topping

Instructions

  • Combine brown sugar and water in a saucepan over medium heat until dissolved. Add cinnamon and cool.
  • Brew 2 espresso shots and let them cool slightly.
  • Add espresso and syrup into shaker with ice; shake 15–20 seconds until frothy.
  • Pour over ice in tall glass, top with oat milk, and sprinkle cinnamon.
