Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 2 medium ripe guava peeled and chopped (about 1 cup)
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt plain or vanilla
  • ½ cup coconut milk or regular milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 6–8 cubes ice

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds adds fiber
  • 4–5 leaves fresh mint refreshing twist
  • ½ frozen banana for creaminess
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract optional flavor boost

Instructions

  • Prepare guava by peeling and chopping it into small pieces.
  • Blend guava, yogurt, coconut milk, honey, and lime juice until smooth.
  • Add ice cubes (and any optional boosters) and blend again until frothy and cold.
  • Pour into tall glasses, garnish with mint or straws, and serve immediately.
