Prep all ingredients: dice onions and peppers, mince garlic, open cans, shred cheese.
In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and ground turkey. Cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon.
Add onions, garlic, and bell peppers. Sauté for 5 minutes until softened.
Stir in taco seasoning, cumin, paprika, salt, pepper, and diced tomatoes with juice. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Add black beans and corn. Mix to combine and heat through, about 3 minutes.
Sprinkle shredded cheese over the top. Cover skillet and cook until cheese melts, about 2 minutes.
Top with cilantro and serve with lime wedges and optional toppings like sour cream or avocado.
