Pork Chops

Instructions

  • Whisk all marinade ingredients in a bowl until combined.
  • Add pork chops to a resealable bag or dish and pour marinade over. Marinate for at least 2 hours.
  • Preheat your gas or charcoal grill to medium-high heat.
  • Grill pork chops for 4–5 minutes per side, until internal temperature reaches 145°F.
  • Brush with reserved marinade during last minute of cooking for a glaze.
  • Remove from grill and let rest 5 minutes before serving.
