  • 1 cup Plain Greek yogurt High protein foundation
  • ½ cup Milk of choice Almond milk for lighter texture
  • 1 Medium banana Adds creaminess and sweetness
  • 1 tablespoon Honey or maple syrup Adjust to taste

  • ½ cup Frozen mixed berries Strawberries, blueberries, etc.
  • 1 tablespoon Almond or peanut butter Adds healthy fats
  • ½ teaspoon Vanilla extract Adds flavor depth
