Pat pork chops dry and season with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder.
Heat oil, sear pork chops 3–4 min per side until golden.
Reduce heat, melt butter, add garlic, thyme, rosemary.
Add broth and lemon juice, simmer sauce.
Spoon garlic butter over pork, cook to 145°F.
Tent with foil, rest 5 minutes before serving.
