Ingredients

For the Pork Chops

  • 4 pork chops bone-in or boneless, 1-inch thick
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
  • salt & black pepper to taste

For the Garlic Butter Sauce

  • 4 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 6 cloves fresh garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary chopped
  • 2 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped
  • 0.25 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Optional Additions

  • 0.5 cup heavy cream for creamy version
  • 8 oz mushrooms sliced
  • 1 medium onion sliced

Instructions

  • Pat pork chops dry and season with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder.
  • Heat oil, sear pork chops 3–4 min per side until golden.
  • Reduce heat, melt butter, add garlic, thyme, rosemary.
  • Add broth and lemon juice, simmer sauce.
  • Spoon garlic butter over pork, cook to 145°F.
  • Tent with foil, rest 5 minutes before serving.
