Ingredients

  • 4 thin cut chicken breasts
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • Lemon wedges for serving
  • Fresh parsley optional

Instructions

  • Pat chicken breasts dry with paper towels
  • Mix garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper
  • Season both sides of chicken with spice mixture
  • Heat olive oil in large skillet over medium-high heat
  • Cook chicken 3-4 minutes on first side until golden
  • Flip, add butter, cook 2-3 minutes more
  • Remove when internal temperature reaches 165°F
  • Rest 2-3 minutes before serving
  • Garnish with parsley and lemon wedges
