  • 4 large lemons Juiced (about ½ cup)
  • 0.25 cup lime juice Optional, adds extra tang

  • 4 cups cold water Divided between blending & mixing
  • 1 cup ice cubes For serving

Instructions

  • Scoop and chunk dragon fruit
  • Blend dragon fruit with 1 cup water
  • Strain and transfer to pitcher
  • Add lemon and lime juice
  • Stir in honey/agave and adjust sweetness
  • Add remaining water and stir
  • Add ice and serve with garnish
