Instructions
Wash cucumbers, cut into chunks; rinse mint; peel/chop ginger; juice lemon.
Add cucumbers, mint, water, lemon juice, ginger/honey into blender; blend 45–60s.
Pour mixture through strainer/cheesecloth; press pulp for smooth juice.
Pour into glasses over ice; garnish with mint sprigs & cucumber slices.
