  • 1 High-speed blender Or any standard blender
  • 1 Fine-mesh strainer Cheesecloth or nut milk bag also works
  • 1 Large pitcher or mason jars For storing juice
  • 1 Citrus juicer Or use a fork if not available
  • 1 Sharp knife For cutting cucumbers
  • 1 Cutting board For prepping ingredients

Ingredients

  • 2 large cucumbers ~400g; Persian or English cucumbers best
  • 1 cup fresh mint leaves Packed; remove stems
  • 1 medium lemon Juiced
  • 2 cups cold water Adjust consistency
  • 1 inch piece fresh ginger Optional; peeled and chopped
  • 1–2 tablespoon honey or agave Optional; for sweetness
  • 1 pinch black salt Optional; Indian-style
  • ice cubes For serving

Instructions

  • Wash cucumbers, cut into chunks; rinse mint; peel/chop ginger; juice lemon.
  • Add cucumbers, mint, water, lemon juice, ginger/honey into blender; blend 45–60s.
  • Pour mixture through strainer/cheesecloth; press pulp for smooth juice.
  • Pour into glasses over ice; garnish with mint sprigs & cucumber slices.
