Pat salmon dry and season both sides with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Heat olive oil in skillet and sear salmon 4–5 minutes per side until golden.
Remove salmon and flake into large chunks; set aside.
Boil pasta in salted water until al dente; reserve 1 cup of pasta water.
In same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add cream, broth, Cajun seasoning, and paprika; simmer 3–4 minutes until thickened.
Stir in Parmesan until melted and smooth.
Toss pasta in sauce; add salmon gently.
Adjust seasoning and garnish with parsley.
