Instructions

  • Pat salmon dry and season both sides with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  • Heat olive oil in skillet and sear salmon 4–5 minutes per side until golden.
  • Remove salmon and flake into large chunks; set aside.
  • Boil pasta in salted water until al dente; reserve 1 cup of pasta water.
  • In same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic 30 seconds until fragrant.
  • Add cream, broth, Cajun seasoning, and paprika; simmer 3–4 minutes until thickened.
  • Stir in Parmesan until melted and smooth.
  • Toss pasta in sauce; add salmon gently.
  • Adjust seasoning and garnish with parsley.
