Ingredients

  • 2 cups All-purpose flour Heat-treated
  • ½ cup Unsalted butter Softened to room temperature
  • ¾ cup Brown sugar Packed
  • ¼ cup Granulated sugar
  • 3–4 tablespoon Milk Add gradually for texture
  • 2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Mini chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoon Sweetened condensed milk Optional, adds creaminess

Instructions

  • Heat-treat flour at 350°F for 5 minutes
  • Let flour cool; soften butter to room temp
  • Cream butter, brown sugar, and white sugar
  • Add vanilla and mix again
  • Mix in flour and salt gradually
  • Add milk one tablespoon at a time to adjust texture
  • Fold in mini chocolate chips
  • Scoop into 1-inch balls on parchment paper
  • Chill bites for 30 minutes in the fridge
