Ingredients

Base Ingredients

  • ½ cup Coconut cream Thick part from chilled can
  • ½ cup Coconut milk Adjust for consistency
  • 1 Frozen banana Adds natural sweetness and texture
  • ½ cup Frozen pineapple chunks Tropical flavor
  • 1 tablespoon Chia seeds Adds fiber and omega-3s

Flavor Enhancers

  • 1 tablespoon Coconut flakes Unsweetened
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract Optional aroma
  • 1 tablespoon Honey or maple syrup Adjust to taste
  • ¼ cup Ice cubes Optional, especially with fresh fruit

Optional Boosters

  • 1 scoop Vanilla protein powder For extra protein
  • 2 tablespoon Coconut yogurt Adds probiotics

Instructions

  • Chill coconut cream in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
  • Prepare all ingredients and tools.
  • Add coconut milk and cream to the blender first.
  • Add remaining ingredients to the blender.
  • Blend on high until smooth.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
  • Add ice and blend again if a colder or thicker texture is desired.
  • Pour into jars and serve immediately.
