  • 2 Large mixing bowls For filling and swirl

Ingredients

Crust

  • 2 tubes (8 oz each) Pillsbury crescent roll dough For crust & top layer
  • ¼ cup Butter, melted For crust
  • 2 tablespoon Brown sugar For crust

Cheesecake Filling

  • 16 oz Cream cheese, softened Room temperature
  • ½ cup Granulated sugar For filling
  • 1 large Egg Room temperature
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract For filling
  • ¼ cup Sour cream For filling

Cinnamon Swirl

  • cup Brown sugar For swirl
  • 2 teaspoon Ground cinnamon For swirl
  • 2 tablespoon Butter, melted For swirl

Glaze

  • 1 cup Powdered sugar For glaze
  • 3–4 tablespoon Milk For glaze
  • ½ teaspoon Vanilla extract For glaze

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F. Line 9x13 pan with parchment.
  • Press 1 tube of crescent roll dough into pan. Brush with butter & sprinkle brown sugar. Bake 8–10 min.
  • Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar, egg, vanilla, sour cream. Spread over crust.
  • Mix swirl ingredients (brown sugar, cinnamon, butter). Drizzle over filling.
  • Place 2nd crescent roll sheet on top. Brush with butter. Bake 25–30 min.
  • Cool completely, at least 2 hours.
  • Mix glaze (powdered sugar, milk, vanilla). Drizzle on cooled bars. Cut & serve.
