Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Line pan with parchment & grease lightly.
Mix cinnamon + ¼ cup sugar for topping.
Beat cream cheese + ½ cup sugar until smooth.
Add vanilla & combine.
Press 1 dough package into pan base.
Spread cream cheese filling evenly.
Top with second dough sheet.
Brush with melted butter.
Sprinkle cinnamon sugar evenly.
Bake 25–30 minutes until golden.
Cool 15 minutes before cutting.
