Ingredients

Essential Brownie Base

  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips 70% cocoa, melted with butter
  • ½ cup unsalted butter melted with chocolate
  • cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • cup all-purpose flour
  • ¼ cup cocoa powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Molten Center

  • ½ cup chocolate chips
  • 3 tablespoon heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Instructions

  • Heat chocolate & butter until smooth.
  • Mix in sugar, then eggs and vanilla.
  • Gently combine flour, cocoa, and salt.
  • Warm cream, stir in chocolate & butter for filling.
  • Fill muffin cups halfway, add filling, cover with batter.
  • 350°F (175°C) for 12–15 minutes until edges set but center jiggles.
  • Cool 2 minutes, release, and enjoy molten gooey center.
