Ingredients

Brownies

  • ½ cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • cup unsweetened cocoa powder

  • ¼ teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ cup chocolate chips optional, extra richness

Sundae Assembly

  • 4–6 scoops vanilla ice cream or preferred flavor
  • ½ cup hot fudge sauce
  • ¼ cup caramel drizzle
  • ½ cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoon powdered sugar
  • ¼ cup chopped walnuts or pecans
  • 4 maraschino cherries
  • Sprinkles for decoration

Instructions

  • Preheat to 350°F and grease an 8x8 inch pan.
  • Combine melted butter and sugar, whisk in eggs.
  • Sift in cocoa, flour, salt, baking powder. Fold gently.
  • Pour into pan, bake 20–25 minutes.
  • Chill bowl, whip cream, add powdered sugar.
  • Heat fudge and caramel slightly.
  • Place brownie, top with ice cream, drizzle sauces.
  • Add whipped cream, nuts, sprinkles, and cherry.
