  • 1 cup Dark chocolate chips 70% cacao or higher for coating
  • Toppings Shredded coconut, crushed nuts, cocoa powder, or sea salt flakes

Instructions

  • Soak dates in warm water for 10 minutes, drain and pat dry.
  • Add dates, nuts, cocoa powder, coconut oil, vanilla, and salt to food processor; pulse until crumbly and sticky.
  • Scoop 1 tablespoon mixture, roll into balls, and place on parchment-lined sheet.
  • Freeze bites for 15 minutes to firm up.
  • Melt chocolate chips, dip each bite to coat, and top with coconut or nuts.
  • Chill for 30 minutes until set, then store in airtight container.
