Instructions

  • Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces.
  • Marinate in buttermilk + seasonings (30 min–4 hrs).
  • Set up coating station: flour, eggs, breadcrumbs mix.
  • Dredge chicken in flour, dip in egg, coat in breadcrumbs.
  • Rest coated nuggets on rack for 10 min.
  • Preheat oven to 425°F, line sheet with parchment.
  • Arrange nuggets, spray with oil.
  • Bake 12–15 min, flip halfway, until golden brown.
