Ingredients

Main Wrap Ingredients

  • 2 large Whole Wheat Tortillas Can sub spinach or low-carb tortillas
  • 2 cups Cooked Chicken Breast Grilled, baked, or rotisserie; season w/ garlic powder & pepper
  • 2 cups Romaine Lettuce Washed & dried for crunch
  • cup Parmesan Cheese Fresh or pre-shredded
  • ¼ cup Caesar Dressing Store-bought or homemade
  • ¼ cup Croutons Lightly crushed (optional)
  • 2 slices Cooked Bacon Crumbled (optional)

Homemade Caesar Dressing (Optional)

  • cup Greek Yogurt or Mayo Creamy base
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice Freshly squeezed
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard Adds tang
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 2 tablespoon Parmesan Cheese Grated
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce Secret umami
  • Salt & Black Pepper To taste

Instructions

  • Season chicken, cook 6–7 minutes per side until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Rest for 5 minutes, then slice.
  • In a small bowl, mix yogurt or mayo, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, garlic, Parmesan, Worcestershire, salt, and pepper until creamy.
  • Lay tortilla flat and spread Caesar dressing in the center.
  • Layer romaine, chicken, Parmesan, croutons, and bacon on top.
  • Fold the bottom, tuck sides, roll tightly, and place seam-side down.
  • Cut wraps diagonally. Serve fresh or wrap for meal prep.
