  • 1 Serrated knife For clean slices
  • 1 Large baking sheet With raised edges
  • 1 Plastic wrap For chilling and shaping

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Thinly sliced ribeye Or sirloin for budget-friendly option
  • 8 large Flour tortillas Burrito-size
  • 8 oz Cream cheese Softened
  • 2 cups Provolone cheese Shredded
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese Shredded
  • 2 large Bell peppers Thinly sliced (green preferred)
  • 1 large Yellow onion Thinly sliced
  • 3 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil For cooking
  • Salt & black pepper To taste
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce Adds depth
  • ½ teaspoon Paprika For flavor
  • ¼ teaspoon Cayenne pepper Optional, for heat
  • 2 tablespoon Butter For brushing

Instructions

  • Cook peppers & onions until soft.
  • Add garlic and steak, season and cook 3–4 minutes.
  • Mix cream cheese with paprika & half cheeses.
  • Spread cheese mixture on tortillas.
  • Add steak mixture & sprinkle cheese.
  • Roll tortillas tightly & wrap in plastic.
  • Chill rolls for 30 minutes.
  • Slice into 1-inch pieces.
  • Brush with butter & bake 12–15 minutes.
